This piece may be a collotype or offset lithograph. The architectural element was common in 19th century and early 20th century European artwork. Also characteristic of the time was the mounting of parchment to board for mass produced prints (1920-1940). Likely hand-colored. There is age related wear throughout the piece, also indicative of aging.
